Vamos cozinhar

Preparação

Aqueça o azeite numa panela grande em lume médio.

Adicione a cebola e o alho picados e refogue até que a cebola fique translúcida, cerca de 5 minutos.

Acrescente os tomates cortados em pedaços e cozinhe por mais 10 minutos, mexendo ocasionalmente, até que os tomates comecem a desmanchar.

Tempere com sal e pimenta a gosto. Deixe ferver, depois reduza o lume e cozinhe por cerca de 20 minutos, até os tomates estarem bem macios.

Com uma varinha mágica, triture a sopa até obter uma textura cremosa. Se preferir uma textura mais rústica, triture ligeiramente, deixando alguns pedaços de tomate

Adicione folhas de manjericão fresco e mexa para incorporar o sabor.

Sirva a sopa quente, decorada com algumas folhas de manjericão e um fio de azeite.
