Quando se trata de sobremesas que encantam tanto pelo sabor quanto pela apresentação, o semifrio de morango e bolacha é uma escolha imbatível. Ingredientes

Porções 8 pessoas

500 ml de bebida vegetal (ou leite) 4 unidades de ovo 4 colheres de sopa de açúcar ou adoçante 2 colheres de chá de amido de milho 1 saqueta de gelatina de morango sem açúcar 2 ou 3 folhas de gelatina 200 a 300 g de morangos lavados (ou outra fruta) 8 a 10 unidades de bolachas

Vamos cozinhar

Preparação

Num tacho, comece por colocar o leite a aquecer.

Numa taça, coloque as gemas de ovo, o açúcar e o amido de milho. Mexa bem e junte esta mistura ao leite, mexendo sempre até engrossar.

Entretanto, retire do lume, adicione a gelatina em pó e mexa bem para dissolver. Deixe arrefecer.

À parte, bata as claras em castelo e triture os morangos. Envolva gentilmente os morangos e as claras.

No final, junte as misturas, adicione as folhas de gelatina derretidas e envolva bem.

Transfira para uma forma redonda forrada com película aderente e vá fazendo camadas com o “preparado” e recheado com bolachas, leve ao frigorifico 2/3 horas até solidificar bem. Bom apetite!
